Unitrin Auto Insurance Ripoff rates, antiquated billing system, n**i billings Internet

I'd used Unitrin for years but upon finding that they charge nearly DOUBLE the competition, I lapsed my policy and went elsewhere.  I travel a lot and found that when I returned home recently that Unitrin had placed a remaining $50 balance for collections after just over a month!

Now they refuse to do anything about this.  Unitrin cost me almost twice what the competition does, their online billing system is highly inferior to the usual standards, and they have a lousy billing and collections system.
