A Unitrin Direct insured driver hit our car on the freeway. There was no dispute who was at fault. Unitrin disputed our car rental until we specified that they were required by law to provide a similar vehicle and not a minimal rental.

Even after that and that we did not even rent the car for the full time of the repair period, they still paid the rental portion of the claim short. In addition, they would not pay the full amount of the auto repair because some was determined by them to be unnecessary.

Despite repeated attempts to collect the remaining amounts due, there was no response from the Company.
