Universal Health Care lies, lies, lies, total bull#$% St. Petersburg Florida

The Medicare Masterpiece PPO Plan sounds great but performance is abysmal.
We are owed over $1200 for promised refund for part B Medicare, $40 for promised flu shot reimbursement and $ 30 for covered service from a LISTED preferred provider that was denied.
Letters and emails are NOT answered, phone calls are NOT returned and grievances are not addressed ever, much less within the advertised 30 days. It is the worst insurance we have ever had and we will be changing just as soon as possible.
