Presented a "good deal" by sales rep. Derek Trudeau. The first month excessive fees taken out from bank account that didn't match the contract. Made several attempts to speak to Mr. Trudeau, finally after 2 months of calls I finally spoke to Derek Trudeau . He refused to cancel our lease and basically did not offer to remedy our situation. We're paying $20,000 on a lease for equipment that costs approximately $1000.

DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM UNIVERSAL MERCHANT SERVICES!

These worthless people should be investigated as they are scamming hard working individuals.
