Universe Express Movers Overcharged and Lied! Hackensack New Jersey

 

 This is to inform that I, Stephanie Blaik left Universe Express in September 2009 and am no longer VP Of Sales & Marketing or employed in any capacity for this moving company. Since I did write rebuttals to complaints on this board,specific to a disgruntled ex employee "Moochie" I just need to make clear that as an employee I was forced to say what the owner of this company dictated for me to write on this board.

 I am aware of other complaints listed on here as well as BBB (Better Business Bureau) and various other websites,and just wanted to make clear I bear no responsibility for the actions of my previous employer,Universe Express or www.universeexpress.com in any legal shape,form, or manner and that any complaints or claims should be brought to the direct attention of registered owner Eytan(Ethan) Shaya/Management /or Account Executive he has designated to handle.

I am Ms. Blaik,the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Universe Express. We never moved someone by the Name of "Moochie" who resides in Guilford,CT,but claims she moved from NJ.

"Moochie" is a disgruntled Ex-Employee , By the name of Gina Dohna who was fired from our company around the time of the original posting,Who just happens to live in Guilford,CT . She posted a hoax report about our company.

Universe Express is a Reputable Moving Company,who is an Accredited member of The Better Business Bureau with an excellent service record,As well as members of AMSA (American Moving & Storage Association).
