University Meadows Student Village Unnecessary fines and charges to move out Saint Louis Missouri

I have recently lived there from Aug 2018. Maintenance service is horrible. Apartment got robbed recently as well.
Their online rent payment site is worse. I was charged fine few times because their portal didnt show my rent when it was due.
I am new international student and I am new to all rules and regulation. I wanted to transfer out to different college and asked them to cancel my leave after december 2018.
They wanted me to fill out move out form which I did. Also, they wanted to see my acceptance letter as supporting document. I asked my relatives who lived here long time in US.
He told me that we do not need any acceptance letter to move out and Apartment office Manager (Chelsea Haynes) may be just giving me hard time.
Finally , I submitted all documents they asked. Now, they are saying I have to pay for 2 months rent and pay 30% of remaining rent till my lease over. That is ridiculous.
They say that they are Student apartment and just trying to rip of poor students. Student Apartment living place should be helpful place for students.
I am going to write reviews to all social sites and media and wanted to expose them to Better Business Bureau, YELP, RipoffReport, The Federal Trade Commission and all.
