unlocksexpress www.unlocksexpress.com unlocks cellphones Internet
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Extortion
I have purchased an unlock service for my cellphone. I paid for this service using paypal. The seller told me it should take some days to unlock the phone. After a week of no updates I have contacted the seller and he didn't reply at all. More than two month passed since then, and still no reply at all after many tried to communicate with the seller.

Hello,
This customer is doing extortion. We have not kept any of our customers money, in unlocking industry not 100% of phones can be unlocked and the ones which are denied by the server are refunded to the customers and is clearly stated so in our policy.

In case refund is not being completed is if the customer has submit blacklisted device into normal service or when it has been strongly voided by DMCA act.
up mentioned customer has raised a concern in PayPal and was refunded long time ago, despite the fact that phone was purchased after 28th of January of 2013 and they were trying to void DMCA act in general. Now he is trying to blackmail my business.
