Its been over a week since I place the order to unlock Motorola MOTO-G phone . I was supposed to receive the code within 3 hours according to the transaction.
Inspite of repeated attempts to contact them there is no response.
Looks like it is a scam company with a fancy web site and online chat which is always offline and fake user reviews.

I got the response finally and the unlock code for the phone worked flawlessly. Looks like there was a typo in the email I had given to them but I followed up with couple of emails to support with no response for 5 days and then decided to complain to PayPal for services not received and got a response from unlockunit.com immediately with the codes.
Even though I did not receive the code within 3 hours for which I paid about $2.00 extra still very statisfied with the response from Unlockunit.com and issue was partly due to my fault. Looks like the company cares about customers and their reputation online and social media. Will use this company again to unlock other phones.
