I was charged $39.95 for information that was supposed to only cost $2.95, and that was 6 weeks ago! Of course, there is not a phone number listed on the web site for anyone to contact.

My debit card company says that I have to wait 7 days and if the merchant has not collected on it, my funds will be put back.
