They tricked me and left me with no money. That was my pocket money that I've been saving for months. I was just trying to download something on the internet. The offer said that the trial account will be approximately 2$, but the took from me instead 60 $.
I don't know anything about this company. All I know is the name of the transaction that appears on my credit card is TRANSACT-BILL.COM.
I got ripped-off and I don't know what to do.

I have very good news. I convinced them to refund the money. I didn't believe that in the first place but after two days the money were refunded.
Maybe it's not a fake company and there are just misunderstandings regarding those additional costs. I recommend you to be careful though.
