Noticed $14.95 monthly credit card charges in September 2013. Found they went back to April. Contacted Juno by phone and they shut down the account and offered to refund two month's charges. They would not give me the username/password of what should have been my account, nor would they give me the IP address of the pricipal user. I guess I could have been a little trickier about getting this info but I didn't want to spend a lot of time at it. I also filed a fraud claim with my credit card company.
