After the recent Huricane, I filed a claim for damage to my home. UPC sent field adjuster out three different times which require me to take time off of work. They still can't decide what the damage is or what repair cost is. Now they refuse to repsond to my numerous emails and refuse to settle the claim or even attempt to resolve ths issue. Stay away from this organization.

I have extensive damage to my house in North Carolina from hurricane Florence. UPC has pawned me off on 4 different adjusters, one of whice was vile!! My house is uninhabitable, so I have moved to a rental. I hired a very well respected consultant and contractor from charlotte to work on my house.

UPC has denied what my contractor says is needs to be done to fix the house. Ironically they are not giving me any other solutions on how to repair, just dening because its a high amount. This is causing me such emotional distress not to mention the fact I lost my husband not long ago.

All I want is my house to be back to pre hurricane condition, is that to much to ask??
