UPER Fox Securities, Inc. Sent official looking check for $4875.00 supposedly from winnings. Told me to use this to send them $2875.00 by Western Union or Moneygram. The check looked real but the compnay could not be reached by phone. Boca Raton Florida

I received a letter from UPER Fox Securities in the mail 10-14-08 with an official looking check. I tried to call the number listed on the letter but always received a busy signal, that is when I became suspicious and did a yellow book serch for the compnay in Florida since the number in Canada did not work. There was no listing and that is when I decided to google my serach and found that others had also received the same letter with the check. I have since called my local sheriff department and contacted my local newspaper. I would hate for some older person to get ripped off and lose their life's work.
