Upfrontcash.com sent me an email some time ago advertising a cash advance. When the representative called me, he mentioned a "complimentary phone card" with the advancement for $1.95. I thought that was weird. I mean what are they going to do? Deduct the $1.95 from the $200 loan? Well, long story, short.

Upfrontcash was taking $89.90 from my bank account. At first I thought perhaps it's the principal fee and they will take the $50 off the loan as I have advised, until the loan was paid off. Another month came and again $89.90 and I have noticed that they did not take anything off towards the loan. I gave them a call and ask to speak with the representative I have talked with when he recruited me for the loan. I ended up speaking with another guy and he told me that I have joined some club to purchase...PHONE CARDS. PHONE CARDS? When you use a PHONE CARD, YOU HAVE TO FIND A TELEPHONE TO USE THEM. IF YOU USE THEM ON CELL PHONES THE CELL PHONE GETS BILLED AND THE PHONE CARD GETS BILLED, YOU GET BILLED TWICE FOR ONE CALL.

I TOLD THE GENTLEMAN WHOM CALLED ME THAT IT WAS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING THAT I HAVE EVER HEARD OF. NOT ONLY DO I CURRENTLY HAVE A CELL PHONE, BUT A CELL PHONE WITH BLEEP. I CAN CALL OR WALKIE TALKIE SOMEONE ANYTIME, ANYWHERE. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I WANT TO PURCHASE AN $89.90 PHONE CARD?

DO YOU KNOW THAT UPFRONTCASH.COM REFUSE TO REMOVE ME AND I HAVE NOT USED ANY OF THEIR PHONE CARDS AND THEY CONTINUE TO BILL MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THE PAYMENTS CONTINUALLY GET DENIED, BECAUSE I HAVE STOP DIRECT PAYMENTS INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT DUE TO THIS?
