The propane price or the Wizz?  The propane price, right now, is very volatile and changes day by day. The poor guy is only human and baby it's cold outside.  

 You strike me as one of those HIGHLY uptight people. So there is a very good chance that even if the workman had asked, you wouldnt have let them use YOUR bathroom. So where exactly were you expecting them to do it? When you have to go you HAVE TO GO!! I cant say much about the price you paid but I can point out how much of a PRUDE you are. Are you perhaps going to video the neighbors dog when it wizzes on the bushes??

For you to have this video means you had to set it up ahead of time. Unless the MALE in question has a prostate the size of a melon, they would be done in under a min or two. Get over yourself princess. Just because YOU cant just whip it out and relieve yourself doesnt mean that when then situation arises that someone else wouldnt. Instead of trying to embarrass the poor workman whos ONLY crime was to urinate, did you ever just OFFER to let them use YOUR restroom?? No, you wouldnt do that. SO MUCH BETTER TO WHINE ONLINE ABOUT SOMEONE PEEING ON YOUR BUSHES!!

I swear, the sheep will say or do anything to make themselves out to be a victim. It sounds to me that the workman had to go and nothing more. If he went besides the tank, then he was trying to make sure that no one would be concerned that he was relieving himself.
