Provided misleading product descriptions on its website and then didnthrill low thru or even attempt to make it right. I ordered a laptop display assembly using the manufacturers part number, this should have been the whoe upper assembly of the laptop. The website entry listed it as the waloe assembly new from the manufacturer, the part number and description matched the product listed perfectly. What I recieved was an off-brand no-name LCD screen that didn't even have the touch screen components for transplant. I called within minutes of receiving the package. I was originally told it was a simple mistake that the 2 parts were shelved next to each other and that I would get the part as soon as I shipped the wrong one back. I said I would ship it immediately after they provided a prepaid label but expected them to ship the correct part immediately. I was told I would receive the RMA and return shipping promptly. I had to call back 3 more times that day before I finally got them. I was then told the correct product wouldn't ship until the return was logged in by FedEx. I dropped it off and it was logged in at 4PM that day and I called as soon as I verified it on FedEx's website. I was told my correct product would ship the next day. It took a dozen more calls over the next few days filled with lies, misdirection and put-offs before he finally admitted they didn't have the correct product and had no intentions to get it. Every time I called I talked to the same person even though he consistently identified himself under several different names. I believe this to be one guy running a drop-ship business with no actual products in stock. i often heard him handling other calls at the same time and it was witnessed in his inattention to what I was saying. I still haven't gotten my product or all of my money back.
