UPromise states on their website all funds are transferred the 1st of every month. NOT TRUE - its 5-7 days. At day 7 they say its business days. You log into your account and your funds are gone. Customer Service is out of the United States so all they say is 5-7 days. When you say its day 7 they just repeat over and over again 5-7 days. No phone number listed to call on their website. Why because there would be so many complaints. No way to contact the company directly.
