I noticed 2 charges on my account for $39.99 from Upspirity.com. I've never heard of this company and NEVER authorized any transactions from this company. I called them, they said I signed up for a 5 day trial thru a 3rd party which expired and turned into a full membership. Thats a flat out lie, and they wouldn't give me the name of the alleged 3rd party. I asked for my money, they offered to refund 1 charge, I threatened to call the Illinois Attorney Generals Office to file a Consumer Fraud complaint. They promptly agreed to issue a full refund.

UPSPIRITY.COM is a FRAUD company!
