I am one of many investors that have invested in the real estate development scam perpetuated by Keith Sanders to build homes in the Tampa area. His business partner in Georgia is Northbrooke homes who he is connected to and has also done business in Decatur, Georgia.
He is a former attorney who is skilled in deceptive business practices and has left a trail of former friends and business associates burned by his fraudulent actions.

These people claimed I had a delinquent payday loan and threatened to take me to court, even stating they had sent the papers to the court as I was speaking to them. I do not remember making this loan and they would give me no information until 5 business days after I settled the case.They stated they would settle the case for a certain amount and had me fax an approval for the charge to my debit card. Another perported law firm had called me the day before and done the same this. This group, Sanders Law Group PA, said they would contact the other firm and cancel my authorization. This they did not do and I was charged a second time by the other law firm.
Be aware of these people. They are dangerous!!!

My experience with this law firm was horiible. I was apllying for loan modification on my property and they did nothing to help me. I was doing everything
myself:dealing with the Bank and others diligencies. They never answer the phone or return emails, Right now I am trying to get my money back and the department/person
that handles refunds doesn't answer the phone, I am starting to think that this law firm doesn' exist. They are just trying to get your money and then forget about
you. I would never recommned this law firm to anybody.
He has been arrrested too for thief and battery!
