Do Not Waste your hard earned dollars going to Urbana Hair Studio in Kingwood Texas! They mislead you with a price menu for $65 dollars and up for a hair coloring.. then tell you it'll be a "little bit extra" for longer hair.. ASK HOW MUCH BEFORE THEY GET THEIR HANDS ON YOU!!! Next thing I know I go to pay and Get a $190 bill.. $150 for one color processing and 40 bucks for flat iron! How did "a little extra" turn into $85 additional dollars??? She didnt highlight it or anything. I totally got screwed! I tried to complain to the manager and after going in to discuss the issue was told "consider it a lesson learned!!" Can you believe that? She made no effort to make things right.. to put the customer first... She could care less that I felt mislead and taken advantage of. Buyer Beware... Find a salon that actually values its customers cause this place certainly doesnt!

It all makes sense now.. Screw your customers over because you get paid by COMMISSION.. well many thanks to my stylist for failing to detail to the extent you were going to screw me and walk off with a mighty nice commission check for it.. amazing
