So I took a quick look at urbanchicdirect.com and pasted 2336 Bloor St W
Toronto, ON, Canada into Google street view. I can't believe you actually sent money to this guy with PayPal! Don't you have any common sense? The website is a sh*tty template with endless spelling and grammatical errors and a bunch of tacky clip-art for cheaply made furniture. It's obviously going to be drop-shipped from China (if it arrives at all) and it's grossly overpriced considering where it's made, the quality of it's construction, and the fact that there is no actual contact information, storefront, or any physical 'warehouse' that the site mentions.
Was last week the first time you ever checked out the internet? Has that AOL CD from 1995 really been lying around your house all this time? Don't you know what internet fraud is? Did it not occur to you that ordering from... oh I don't know... www.ikea.ca www.walmart.ca or www1.thebrick.com might be a safer idea than some half-as*sed website from a 'company' that doesn't really exist?

The individual with the complaint has not identified themselves however it is obviously a disgruntled former customer. Our website is not closed and our phone lines are still open. We stand by our products and closely follow our terms and conditions with regards to complaints and refunds procedures. We have supplied HGTV & been featured on many of their home refurbishment shows and we are in the process of registering with the Better Business Bureau who contacted us as they have recieved so much positive feedback about our organisation. we have many satisfied customers. To accuse us of fraudulent activity is defamatory. Thank you
