i bought 5 items from urban q-bate. i filled out the rebate froms and mailed it back over 2 years ago. Every time i emailed the customer service asking about my rebated check they would say they are backed up.
it has been a very long time since this was done i haven't bought anything else from them since. these people should not be allowed to do any more business on the internet or else where for a matter of fact. these people are worse than the terrorists.

I dare you to say that your "bad service" experience was "worse than terrorists" in front of someone who has lost a loved one to 9-11 or the war.......and walk away in one piece.
How has it become popular to say "bad retail service" is worse than say, unequivocal hate and MURDER?!
