Urgently Roadside Assistance Via Safeco Safeco contracts out to Urgently for it's Roadside Assistance. Urgently is not contracted to Tow companies, and tow companies will there fore not respond.

I paid for Safeco RV insurance.  When I needed my van towed, I called Safeco and and entered policy information and was suprised when I got a call back from Urgently. I had never heard of this company, and they did not appear to know anything about my insured vehicle, which is a large RV.  I explained that I needed a heavy tow.  After hanging up I got a text saying that the tow was coming in 15 minutes. 

They did arrive after an hour, so I called back and was told the company would not be able to tow today at all.  I asked for a different company, got a text they would be arriving in 15 minutes.  4 hours and three more calls later, I called the actual tow provider and was told that Urgently never sent the information needed to contract the tow.  I am now faced with paying for the tow, which I am sure Safeco will refuse.  This is a flat out scam.
