I lost my ludgagge on a u.s airways flight when i filed a report i thought ide have my ludgagge in no time since the companys says they strive to the highest standared of baggage handling. I was more then disapointed to learned theyve got no service at all!!!! Ive spent hours on the phone trying to get human asistans and left a whole bunch off mesages. Still waiting for my loggage 12 dayes latter .
