On 5/9/2014, I purchased two mastercard gift cards from Home Depot, each in the amount of $100. I paid an additional $5.95 activation fee for each card. As of 5/14/2014, the cards have not been activated.

I called the number on the back of the card (866-952-5653) and was told that there was a "glitch" in the system. I was told to fax copies of the cards along with my receipt to 414-341-7600. I faxed everything on 5/10/2014. I called again on 5/11/2014 and was told that they had no idea when the cards would be activated. I faxed the information again on 5/12, 5/13, and 5/14/2014. I am out $211 and have no idea if ir when they plan to make it right.
