US BANK i have been with us bank for about 2years i just added on a checking account to my saving i made a few transfers between my two accounts and all of a sudden 15 dollars was taken from my account i didnt know what had happen so i called them and the lady on tge other end was real uncaring avout the sitituation saying that's a federal fee because you made to many transfers between your account they never ever told me anything about fees like this i need to know if this is tge truth im tired of this bank constantly ripping people off Nationwide

I have been banking there for about two years I just added on a checking account I made a few transfers between my Account and all of a sudden 15 dollars was taking from my account I called the bank right away and the uncaring Lady on the other end of the line stated that I made too many transfers between my two accounts and this is a federal fee and got quite on the phoneme soon tired of this bank ripping people off I need to know if this is accurate

Yes that fee is most likely valid.
There is a Federal Reserve Regulation (Regulation D) that limits the amount of withdraws from a "Savings" account every month.

If you exceed this the bank is required to take action to attempt to limit the number of withdraws. Each bank handles it slightly different but all will generally involve some sort of fee.
You can contact US Bank and find out what these limts are before you are charged as they are disclosed and available in their fee scheudle.
