Since "business guy" continues to demand the "last word" and stalk us in this this forum, and still refuses to provide ANY proof that he was ever a customer of ours, we turned it over to a client of ours who is a private investigator. We now know the identity of "Business Guy". However, until we can confirm it 100%, we will just call him "Nick". This is one of the many aliases he also uses in the real world. Nick ordered a custom database from us in Aug, 2013. Since it was a highly specialized database without a lot of results nationwide, we provided him with all the data we had available for this particular SIC code good, bad or ugly. How much did we charge Nick for all of this effort? $47!

Did Nick ever contact us after the sale? NO. Did Nick ever complain about the product we sent him? NO. Did Nick ever request a refund? NO. Were we ever "hostile" to Nick as he claims. ABSOLUTELY NOT. We assumed he was happy with the effort we put forth and the data we provided to him. This is why he refuses to post ANY correspondence that he has had with us to support the lies he is posting in this forum. He can't, it doesn't exist!

Now, let's talk about "Nick". Nick is a 50ish known internet troublemaker and wannabe bigshot. He is an angry person because he lives way beyond his means. He frequently solicits sales jobs and get-rich-quick schemes online. He has lived in 5 different states in the past 10 years. Obviously running from something. He has at least 10 known aliases and commonly misspells his first and last name to avoid detection online. He is a frequent bullier of online sellers in forums. He thinks that he is entitled and should not pay for anything. We are now verifying all of this, and trust me there is MUCH MORE about "Nick" we will share with you once we do.

Message to "Nick": We have had enough of your BS. We ARE going to find out who you are and expose you no matter what the expense. We have given you every opportunity to post ANY evidence of us mistreating you as a customer here. You are not here to "warn people" as you claim. You are simply a no life loser that is getting their rocks off by getting some attention in your sick lonely world. We have made repeated request for you contact us, post any negative evidence against or let us do anything to resolve this. However, that is not your intent is it "Nick"? Enjoy your sick attention while it last! This is now personal!

Not a competitor....and certainly not a psycho. Simply a business person who made the mistake of purchasing your worthless data.

I once again implore you to stand behind your product and become a retailer your mother and children would be proud of rather than a shuck and jive operator.

Despite, countless calls for you to post and share one shred of evidence to support your defamatory claims, or that you have ever even purchased anything from our company in the first place, all we keep getting from you is more blah, blah, blah. If the data is as good as you claim it is simply stand behind it and insure each and every customer is satisfied.

usbizdata.com - US Business Data is a waste of money but more importantly is a waste of time. The claims they make on there website as well as this forum are misleading at best. I purchased the lists for every state and attempted to use the data from every state. My findings:

1. More than 50% of the data was duplicate

2. More than 40% of the listings had in excess of 5 listings for the same business in the same location

3. The email addresses were the worst with 85% being undeliverable

4. Hostile operators who make threats and the customer service is non existent after you have made payment.

5. Buyer beware - do not waste your money or your time

We have no sales to Roswell, GA period, ever, nada! If you are going to trash our company, at least have the balls to post who you really are! We have been in business since 2001, and since going online 3 years ago, over 10,000 online sales and satisfied customers. Only 2 FAKE COMPLAINTS. This is obviously another competitor. If not, prove us wrong, post who you REALLY are, and what you purchased from us. As for our data, we compile our data straight from business records. It is not perfect (no data is) and we don't claim it to be. Companies/businesses come and go daily. We can't control that. We price our data accordingly. Any companies that claim 100% verified or claim "updated daily" are total BS. New data is simply not available that often. If you want to pay 10X our prices for hype, go right ahead and waste your money. If you are going to file a LEGITIMATE complaint against us, at least tell us who you are so that we can try to resolve it! Any complaints that you see online about our company without the complainant's REAL NAME and CONTACT INFORMATION are FAKE! Sorry for the rant, this is getting old!
