Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They lied to me! I checked my credit report, and something they said they would remove over 14 months ago because the billing was incorrect has no been removed. I called and the manager screamed at me, her first words were "Why do they keep transferring you to me" then she just read the notes on my account over everything I said, I said she was being rude she proceeded to scream at me, counsel me, and hang up on me... Im shaking! How can they treat people this way, I paid this crap a year ago, and it wasnt even my fault it was unpaid. I told my drs office I was out of the country.

Owner extremely unprofessional

This company is horrible and people need to know about this. The owner Donald Darnell is so rude and unprofessional. If the companies who go them knew how they treated their customers they would never have gone with them. I have spoken with Don directly and I assummed since he was the owner he would be professional and have common sense but wow was I wrong. He constantly says demeaning comments and talks over you the entire time. After he is done talking over you he hangs up on you everytime. All the reps at this company are the same way. They are not willing to deal with you and if you dont want to pay the full balance they just hang up on you. If you also are having problems with this company call Don directly and let him know how you feel 602-564-9007.
