US Dealer Services for half a year still no prerated service refund Allenhurst Nationwide
I and my husband had a service agreement with US Dealer Services for BMW. My husband passed away on December 15, 2016. The payments were deducted automatically from the credit card. I sent them and letter of cancellation, his death certificate, request to stop deducting the payments and give me back the refund. I got back a down payment. They promised to send me an administrative portion of the refund in the amount of 2-months prorated service. On May 17, 2016 they again promised to send the money. It is already June 19, 2016. I am a widow. My income is small. That is the reason of this report.
