Was contacted by phone by someone claiming to be from the us grant dept.  He said i had been selected to recieve $7800 for paying my bills on time.  He had a very thick Indian accent and sounded like he was in a call center.  I told him I was at work and asked for his name and phone number, and which dept he worked in.  He said his name was john smith from the us grant dept. no phone number was given.  I asked if i could call him back at the number he called from: 202-738-146, and why it was only nine digits instead of ten.  He hung up.
