US Immigration Center Al Boyce and Jack Agent I was lied to and Jack Agent and Al Boyce took $640 from me, they are a fraud!!!! colorado springs, Colorado

I called US Immigration Center at 1401 Potter Dr Colorado Springs CO 80909 to ask about renewing my green card. Per Jack Agent {if that is his real last name} said he would send me the forms I needed to apply for everything. He sent it Fed EX and said it was COD. Me thinking I was talking to a real US Immigration agent, paid the $640 to receive my paperwork. I still haven't received my renewel and guess what, Jack Agent and Al Boyce, the manager haven't returned any of my phone calls. I am out $640 and will now have to pay the fee once again just to renew my card. Do not use this company. I am here to tell you they are a fraud.

Just who exactly is a fraud?

Where did you get the phone number you used to call US Immigration? Somehow I don't think this is the fault of US Immigration. When you call them, who answers the phone? Did you make the check out to US Immigration? Did you try to contact your bank about the check? How much time did you allow?
