This company has taken my money, with the promise of a refund if I wasn't satisfied with their offering. And so far have yet to refund my my money. It's has been over 4 months
After about a week and a half of phone calls and emails from the sales staff raving about how great their products and services are, I gave in and signed up with the promise of a refund, and also it is stated in the contract that I was able to cancel membership if I chose to.
I am in australia so the tme difference between my self and this company was quite large, so our contact was either in the morning earlyish, or lat in the after noon.
After i had a chance to review the companies "Members Area" i decided that this did not fit with my situation, and that Finantialy i would not be able to afford to continiue with the company and their investments.
After making the decision to cancel, i emailed the person who signed me up, and advised him that i couldnt afford what they were offering and that i would like a refund as agreed.
this is when the very long drawn out process began as all staff from US Invest that contacted me were avoiding my emails and phone calls for weeks and weeks. i had minimal replies after about 3 weeks and that was the person who signed me up saying that he is waiting for the boss to come in to get it sorted, as apparently the boss is only in the office very rarely.
after waiting another 2 weeks, i started attempting to make contact again. after which a customer service person contacted me and said they cannot honor the refund as they donot offer refunds. Contrary to the email i have saying they will give me a refund, and also contrary to the Contract stating that either party can cancel member ship.
still to this day - 4 months later - i am being disregarded by staff at the company and i have had ENOUGH.
i did not want to have to take to the internet to try to get resolution but this company seems to not have any care for their customers at all. even though i explained my current financial struggle and that i needed to get the refund BACK ASAP, they have just moved on to the next poor soul who will be Robbed of their Hard Earned Money.

Sincere apologies are offered for the posts. The claims against US Invest are false and I retract the statements fully and offer an unconditional apology to James Bradley, Ryan Mcfarland and Dan Montano.
I now no longer beleive the information that these men were invovled in crime and offer sincere apologies to them.

US Invest is run by long term con man and fraudster James Bradley.

Not refunding money is Bradleys forte - he has run scam companies selling rubbish and always tries to not give a refund.
He scams hundreds of people, once the complaints start coming in he just closes the comapny and starts again.
James Bradley is a complete low life who is aprt of an organised crime syndicate that has scammed people for nearly a decade.
Bradley is also a coward who will shut down his company and run - nice to have money he has scammed from people to live on. Bradley is a liar, a scam artist and a con man. You will not get a refund as the many hundreds of other people he has STOLEN money from will attest to.
Bradley is very well known in Australia as a con man and part of an organised crime syndicate.

Hello,
First of all i'm sorry that you felt our properties were out of your crtieria. We have a range of investments, starting from as little as $25k down and it goes up from there. This is mentioned to all our clients. In addition I would like to refer you to the agreement that you signed when you became a member. The agreement clearly states that the $995 is NON-Refundable on page one. It also states that refunds are not provided in 12 B of the agreement. You are however correct that you are entitled to cancel your membership at anytime, however just because you cancel does not entitle you to a refund. We incur costs for every member that we bring on, we provide services for every member that we bring on, this is the reason that we cannot offer refunds once someone joins. If you would like a copy of the agreement that you signed please contact us and we will be happy to send it for further review.
To touch on the time difference this is true that we are located in the US and you are in Australia however our staff works Australian hours so that is not true about only being able to contact us early in the morning or late at night. We have staff that work until 2am in order to make sure we are accesible during the standard Australian work day.

I have already found out that this Company, US Invest, is Under Investigation for fraud. You are entitled to get your money back. Universal Financial Solutions will help you if you will contact them. They have helped thousands already, who were cheated out of their investment cash. You can read more about them through the link, above. I hope you get back every dime they took. Don’t worry that they are located in Florida. They provide services all over the United States.
