US Legal Department Lawsuit against name and social security number Fairfield Alabama

Received call at work from a person stating that there is a lawsuit against my name and social security number. He also asked me if I had a lawyer on retainer. He has called my home number several times and not left a message.
I have asked this person not to call my work.
He won't state who he is calling for or what I owe money for.
I've looked the number up online and saw several reports as this number being a scammer.
