us lloyds insurance company refused to repair my roof saying there wasnt any damage although two roofing companys disagreed hurst Texas

 we filled a claim for roof damage around april 2014 the adjuster denied our claim although you could see where water was damaging our ceiling he said that it was maintenance needed around the chimney we had another roofer check out our roof and he also determined that we had roof damage and needed repair the same adjuster came back and determined once again that we had no roof damage after several months passed and several rain and wind storms much more damage is apparent a large dip in our roof is obvious a new adjuster came out about 8 days ago and they determined that the added damage is structure rather than because they failed to do repair
