I am yet another victim of fraud and rip-off from this so-called pharmacy. I ordered phentermine and was told also that there would be a 7-10 day delay due to shortage. It has been 17 days and I have not had one reply to my numerous emails and of course, there is no answer at the customer service phone line.
I tried the phone number that was given by Laurie, but no one answered. I have also emailed again to the email she suggested and have had no reply. I would love to hear from others and if anyone can help with this.

I,too have been a victim of fraud from an internet'pharmacy'. My order was $288. Boy was I pissed. I e-mailed with no reply countless times and called with no answer. When I e-mailed them and told them I was filing a complaint with the Bad Business Bureau, they got in touch with me readily.
Call your credit card company (I hope that you used that form of payment), and tell them your situation. That you have in good faith tried all avenues of communication with this company with no results. Tell them you want a chargeback. This will credit the money back into your account after they have investigated it themselves. Also, file a report with the Better Business Bureau.
Just go to bbb.org. Good luck.
