I ordered several items from this company in November. Some of the items were shipped, but the most expensive were not. The credit card was billed and it appears on my report. An e-mail was received that the shipment was delivered to the post office on December 21, 2015. The post office has no record of the shipment. Several calls have gone unreturned. E-mails bounce back.
