Received several call from sales trying to get us to purchase office supplies. Agreed to an incredible $35 promo for shrink wrap. When the bill arrived it was for $283!! Spoke with a manager who informed me they had overcharged us, the bill was actually $79. The sales rep had said shipping was part of the promotion, there had been no mention of $79 ever! Unbelievable.
