One day I was browsing in the internet and I saw something that promised me to win a ticket in Spirit but I had to go through a lot of ads and answer questions. One of them was related to a phone call I received from US Online America Group. They called me several times offering me to do a business on my own. I didn't have to have experience in this. They would take me by my hand and teach me everything I needed to know to make it happen. I even talked with a lady who was a "supervisor". She was charming and promised me that if I was not happy with the service, I could cancel the agreement. So, they ask for about 100 dollars to start and then 20 dollars a month because they would make a web page (about the only thing they know how to make) and then, I would have a training.  After that, they would be there for me "every step of the way". The so called "supervisor" convinced me with her nice tone and reassuring voice. Next day, I got a very annoying rude sales person. He tried so hard to sell me a package in witch they would take care of my business and I would have not only Direct TV and Dish Network but all kind of products. I said, I didn't have money for that, and he insisted and was so rude asking me about the limit of my credit card. Then, he asked me some more questions and when I answered something I don't even remember now, he said...oh, so the limit of your credit card is not an issue, is it? After that I got so mad and told him he had no right to push me like that and that I didn't want to talk to him any more. Several days passed and then I got some emails with instructions on what to do to set things up.  Everything looks like a real thing.  Then I called once to ask about something and the lady kept sending me back to my instructions and telling me that when I had an specific question, I could call back. Ok, it was hard to have an specific question when you really don't know what you are doing but I did my best and one day I had an specific question. Then, the lady said I needed a trainer to contact me to help me. She did and helped me with setting up an ad for Backpage website. (Big deal).  I did a lot of adds (on my own, because it was not really what you call "good strategies to a successful ad) but I did a decent creation of an ad. Then, I was trying to follow the next step and that was to get an ad to a server. It was very confusing and I called again asking for help. Then, I got the "specific question" story and I told her that I needed another training session because I was so lost in that one. Then she started the " it is your business" story, that I had already my training and I had to take care of my business because they couldn't rescue me every time I had a problem. That she could answer only "specific questions". I told her that nobody had ever told me that I was entitled only to "one" training and that the information on the instruction emails was not enough for me. That I had been told from the beginning that they were going to help me "every step of the way" and that's why I was paying them 20 box a month. She always had a very professional sermon to give me.  I have an accent and it is hard enough for me to express my ideas but she always cut me off with this discurse of words stating it was my business. I got so mad I started an argument with her but she refused to give me another training. Then I called some weeks later because the first lady I talked with had given me a phone number in case I had a problem. Turns out the same stupid clown answered the phone. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I told her that I had spoken with her and that I didn't to start a fight with her again, that I needed to talk with a the same person that promised me things they were not doing. She continued arguing with me for a while. Then, she handed the phone to another guy. He seemed to have a more tranquilizing tone but very elegantly said that there was not such a thing as a cancellation. That they never said I could cancel the agreement. He offered me to buy out of the program by paying like 170 dollars,  which was like almost what I had to pay until the end of the year contract. I was so upset. He said that if I went to a gym, it was the same thing. That I had agreed to get a service and as far as he was concerned, they had provided good service. He asked me what could he do to end that situation, I said I wanted to cancel. He said I couldn't but if I wanted, the trainer could give me another training. I requested another lady then, and he said she is the only trainer and I had to go back to her, after I had such a terrible moment with her. I told him that I felt they were clowns and the only thing they wanted was my money and that I was going to report this to the BBB. Then I started to read like 20 cases with the same company and the stories are just like mine. Victims of this vandals doing what ever they please. Some body please stop this people! What they are doing is so wrong! Praying on people that are desperately trying to survive in this difficult times. Next thing I am doing is to request a stop payment, even if they report me. Then, I am calling the authorities in Arizona, following the advise of one of their victims. This clowns have to be in jail! Ah, I forgot to mention one thing. The only time they called me was to offer me packages in which they would be doing the advertisement  jobs for me. They said they understood how complicated and confusing it can be. And that's  precisely their business. They make you think you can't do it by yourself. That you are so stupid, somebody has to do it for you and because you don't want to lose the investment you already put in, it is only logical, you have to invest a little more (thousands more) to make it work! Great business for them! I don't even want to imagine what happens when you hire them to do their advertisement. I am sure, they do the same....nothing! I don't even know what can be done now to get my money back. There must be a way to stop these cruel clowns!
