This company lies from start to finish. I created a contract over the phone, was told my deposit would not be withdrawn until after 72 hours in which I could cancel. I called 48 hours later to cancel, and was told my deposit had already been withdrawn and could not be returned for 30 days. After 30 days, when I called to check, I was told that they had no record of my cancellation and since I had not cancelled within 72 hours according to their policy, I was not due a refund.

They are not a moving company, they are a work-for-hire company who will contract out your move with other truckers who may or may not show up when expected and the company will say they are not responsible for delays. After I called to cancel, I was able to book my move with a legitimate company who completed the job for the same amount of money I paid US Pro Moving for merely a deposit on an insanely expensive move.

I received no email confirmations or documentation of any kind for the contract placed over the phone. Don't make the same mistake I did and agree to use this "service." Any positive reviews you see are powered by the company to mislead consumers. Horrible company, a scam from start to finish.
