US Rare Coin & Bullion Reserve Scammed our 92 year old father Beaumont Texas

When our father died last year we found boxes of gold coins he had purchased from US Coin & Bullion Reserve over the last 2 years of his life. An appaisal valued them at less that half the purchase price, even though gold value had risen considerable since the coins' purchase. The Numismatic Consumer Alliance, Inc., a non-profit coin fraud watchdog, was able to negotiate a refund of the purchase price in exchange for us not pursuing legal action.
