I ordered a simple search from this company, for $9.95
I put it on my Credit card, and it was billed, to the card.

I have already received the statement for the charges. They say that your results will be sent via email. No one ever emailed me any results. I tried to contact the customer service dept three times, via the contact area on the web site.

Three times they ignored me. I also requested a refund since they did not provide what I paid for.
They ignored that too.

Stay away from USsearch.com At least I only lost $9.95, it could've been much worse.

I utilized their services years ago to locate
a missing brother of mine.
And they were completely useless!
I finally decided to hire a private Investigator
for $350. He located my missing brother of 6 years in approx. 1 month and we've been one happy family sense then.... So Karen If you are trying to locate someone dear to you, skip USSearch and call a P.I.
Tracie-Orange County CA.
