For starters Ray Panah has purchased all the domains for all major cities both in the US & Canada. So if you happen to google new york app development, it's all a part of the larger site USA APP Development.
I contacted Ray to discuss an idea that I had in mind, and he told me that he had already developed an app that was exactly what I was looking for. Initially he said the app was free and that the technical support would be provided by Sillergo Technologies and I would pay a monthly fee for those services.. this sounded to good to be  true.

After going back and forth a billion times to get a wire frame, he provided me with something totally the opposite of what I had initially had asked for. After doing a lot of homework, I found out that him as well as some other folks including Mike Ebatani are working on a larger project that there are looking for funding for. So what they've been doing is getting people to send them money so that it would fund their larger project. There is a lot dealings with people and non registered businesses including dealings in Africa. Fortunately I didn't pay him a single cent, but he did on many occasion suggested I pay $10,000 so that I had the right to the app he developed.

All these innocent people that have contacted him are esentially transferring money to him so that he can useit  for something else. This man is a complete fraud and some have already filed legal cases against him.
