U.S.A Auto Sales Brent i traded in my 2014 dodge charger , i only owed 10,000 dollars, i recieved a 2007 lincoln with 118,000 on it which i was under the impression that , the car was a little under 15,000 , i was running late for work so i wasnt able to go over paper work and signed i had to leave i ask them can i get my orginal plates to my dodge charger because i was sitting a little over 6 hours just to look at cars , i did indeed pick the lincoln car , but wasnt aware about the price , my husband stayed over while i left out and went to work, they told him since he was my husband that it was fine for him to sign my paper for me , they let me drive off the lot , with no paper work nor insurance, just so they could keep my dodge charger lawrencville Georgia

i have had the car a little over a month the transmission is bad as well as it , wasnt any oil in the car , nor a tune up done on the car .i called back several times to try and ask them to give me a new car and i told them that i would i get the transmission replace the transmission if they would take it out my car not which is 400.00 dollars a month , i was told that i had the car for to long my warranty was up and that , that is something i would to fix on my own as well as i would still need to make my car payments on time and they will shut the engine if its not paid i ask them for a different payment plan , they told me that they couldnt do a different payment plan , i have to pay what i signed up for when in realty , i didnt go over any paper work , my signature should only be on paper work that was being sent to consumer bank for my dodge charger . what can i do to get my money back or a new car please help me. i;ve tried calling up there to speak with brent the sales associate he told me his job is to over price cars and sale them , that my husband should have look over the paper work , talk about my credit score stating that i have bad credit and if i didint have bad credit then i wouldnt had to come to them anyway . that there's nothing they can do they have, my money , my dodge charger, and if i wanna keep the lincoln truck then i have get the tranmission fixed as well as make sure my payments are own time unless the will shut the engine down , and there not going to give me any payment plans, until my first year is payed as well as ill be paying 400.00 a month for the next 5 an dhalf year s .
