USA Benefit Services Justin Parker #20342 Marketing scheme,Promises $100 card to sign up at others services and does not follow thru Pheonix, Arizona

Received a call from Justin Parker, Indian accent to the hilt, could not understand what he was saying , like most of the people here turned them down many times before. Upon the promise of the $100 Walmart shopping card I signed up. They never sent me a packet in the mail while all the other programs that were promoted did. He gave me false information and when my card was billed early, I took care of it with the program that billed it and ended up cancelling all the programs when they billed early. Finally after calling the main company back 3 times and getting the same answer,"your card was shipped 3 days ago,and you need to wait for it to arrive", I realized this must be a scam.
