We contracted two busses and only one was provided. We were told there was an emergency where people were stranded in the desert and therefore the second bus was not available. We were quite understanding as emergencies do happen but lo, USA BUS CHARTER charged us for both and will not reverse or credit the charges We were charged for both and when we contacted Russ Thomas (the account exec who set up our contract) he refused to refund, reverse or otherwise credit our card. In fact, he hung up on our CFO.
Avoid this outfit at all costs.

Our company has no record of this client, "C. Stevens" in our database. Often our company, due to how generic nature of our name is confused with other companies who provide the same services as we do. We are happy to investigate this claim if the person who posted this report can provide us with a copy of their contract showing it was in fact our company or; a credit card statement showing that it was (our) company that charged and billed them for the services they received. Until documentation is either uploaded on this site or provided to us directly, we consider this claim/report not be valid and either filed in error or an erroneous report from a competitor.
