USA Coin Shop - Chili Peppers Collectibles Straight up stole my money. Never so much as an email Middletown Maryland

So I ordered over a thousand dollars worth of coins from the web site. Tue Feb 3 08:57:35 PST 2009
The web site says " Shipping and handing is only $3.95 no matter how many items you purchase. We ship via USPS and usually process orders within 3-5 business days."
Got a receipt that day from yahoo stores. CC was charged. Its now 15 days later. They won't respond to my email, phonecalls. All the voicemail boxes say they are full and not accepting any new messages.

AUTHOR: Gematt - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, February 24, 2009
The president of the company,Matt Lerner, fired off an email (fri 20th) telling me it would arrive at my house monday. Tuesday the 24th my order arrived.
I fired back an email saying it came alright and was pleased with the product delivered.
I was never given and reason/excuse, apology or answer. The entirety of the communication consisted of a yahoo store receipt and the following direct email quote:
"Gary,
This should be there first thing next week.
Thanks,
Matt"
I guess its not a ripoff though, I got my product, it just took 21 days.
If they had some plausible reason I would be content to forget the whole thing ever happened and move on, but I forced to believe they don't have their act together.
