USA CREDIT - COMMON WEALTH MARKETING GROUP - USA PLATINUM CLUB - CMG CREDIT FINANCIAL TROUBLE BECAUSE OF UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO BANK ACCOUNT Uniontown Pennsylvania
*UPDATE EX-employee responds: The company has done this for years.
I OPENED A NEW BANK ACCOUNT WHEN I MOVED TO NC. ONLY PUT ENOUGH IN THE ACCOUNT TO OPEN IT SO THAT WHEN I STARTED WORK I COULD SET UP DIRECT DEPOSIT. WITHIN DAYS OF OPENING THIS ACCOUNT I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE BANK SHOWING I WAS IN OVERDRAFT. I NEVER EVEN MADE THE FIRST TRANSACTION TO THIS ACCOUNT OR RECEIVED MY VISA/DEBIT CARD BEFORE MY ACCOUNT WAS MESSED UP. USA CREDIT WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED TO TAKE ANY WITHDRAWS FROM MY ACCOUNT. I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP ON THIS, I AM SO THANKFUL TO HAVE FOUND THIS SITE SO THAT I WOULD KNOW WHAT TO DO TO CORRECT THE SITUATION.

Unfortunately, I worked for CMG for many years and as much as i do not agree with there practices and methods, they do protect themselves by listing terms and conditions when you do apply or go through there application process. However it is a very tricky application. They have whats called an "advo" de[artment where regular customer service agents are trained to take "supervisor" calls when a customer calls in and is upset. My suggestion is to call customer service and to ask to speak with a supervisor. The employees that are trained for that line are usually very friendly and will try to assist. If that doesnt work, file a report with the BBB. CMG does not like to be bothered by them and if you persist, they will take notice.
