USA CREDIT ripoff from unknown company did not have access to my savings account and caused it to be overdrawn. Columbus Ohio

I received a notice of insufficient funds from my credit union. I have a savings account not a checking and had no knowledge this could be done. I don't even authorize the utility companies to withdraw cash directly from my account. I have Multiple Sclerosis[MS] and live off of social security .

I am a 27 year old single parent with 2 small children. My income is limited. I only get enough to buy what we need, not what we want. Therefore I can not afford anything additional. I don't even have nothing to show where I authorized this transaction. I don't know what this withdrawal is for, what this company's real name is, I can't even track it down on the internet. So how can they take money I don't have to spare. Please help me! I just don't want this to happen again and interrupt my system that I have to make ends meet each month. Thanks for your help in advance.
