CREDIT WEB - PDSSUP - IDINS WEB AUTOPAY Lakeland Georgia

I let my brother in law use my checking account because he needed to get a payday loan because he didnt have any money to get any christmas presents with or pay his rent because his boss let everyone off work for like a week so he didnt get a paycheck.

With that being said. He only put my checking account and routing number in 3-4 different payday loan companys. A week went by and no money got deposited in my checking account. On 12/19/07 I noticed a debit of $31.98 from IDINS WEB Autopay. Well I thougt that would be that last I would see of that until 12/31/07 and I seen a debit of 149.95 from USA CREDIT WEB. We was going to take and close our checking but we still had written checks out there and we thought that maybe they wouldnt try to take out anymore money until I checked my bank account online again until I seen 6.78 debited out from www.pdssup.com

I didnt authorize any of the transactions so wouldnt you think I could get my money back. Uh think again. I got my brother in law to call the USA CREDIT cause they took out the most and they gave us a 6 digit cancellation number and they told him to go to there web address and put in the cancellation code and than they would refund the money...well right when he got off the phone I got on the computer and to my dismay there is no darn website.

My biggest problem right now is that we only had enough in the bank to cover all the checks we have written for my rent, bills, and food. Now what should I do. I got a $430 check getting debited out soon and all I have in there is $295 cause of these darn people. Ive done talked to the bank and to USA CREDIT and neither one can give me my money back. What do I do.

P.S. USA CREDIT told my brother in law that it would take them 8 days to draw the money out of the bank but if thats true than why is my money already debited out? HELP ME PLEASE!
