USA CREDIT ripoff, fraud, dishonest Uniontown Pennsylvania

I thought that I was just filling out an application to see if I could get approved for a credit card but apparently I was just giving away $149.95. I was so upset when I went to a local atm to get money out of my account for lunch and found out that I didnt have the funds in my account. I didnt understand why I didnt cause Im very precise about everything I buy. I went to my bank and they printed off a copy of my account and I found out that usa credit took money out of my account without my authorization. I was furious and I still am. I called them and the guy told me that he would refund me my money but what I have been reading on here. I doubt that I will get it. My bank is giving me the run around but I will get my money back one way or another even if it means getting a lawyer. I thought city national was a good bank. I guess not. Anyways, I think it is horrible that usa credit takes money from unsuspecting people. That was all the money that I had to my name and I was overdrawn $8.64. It was devastating. I hope everyone reads this before it is too late.
